Okay, so I have come up with this idea that I want to decorate my cake with tiny pinwheels. I am going pinwheels for the escort cards (see bio). I have been scouring for pictures of a pinwheel cake, but can't find one. I was thinking something like this cake, but with pinwheels instead of flowers. I hate not being able to :"try out" my ideas, so give me your honest opinion!

i LOVE that idea!! I'm picturing them as tiny little bitty pinwheels that match the rest of your colors....so creative and different, i think it's great. Are you going to have pinwheels in any other aspect of your wedding? That might make it even better...Kudos to you for thinking of something outside of the box that you can't even find pictures of-- THAT is true creativity!!

I think it would have to be done "right". I love the idea, going with what you're doing for your escort cards, etc.
