Today:
Workout - meant to do 5 miles..ended up with 3 because at 1.25 at a turnaround, I twisted my ankle..yeah, nice right. so did the RICE method when I got home and have a wrap on it now...that means I need to do 4-5 Thursday, 2 Friday, and then 8 Saturday
B - cereal + protein shake w/almond milk
TBD:L - baby spinach salad + chick'un tenders (vegetarian)
S - apple, yogurt, sf pudding
