Of everybody.
SO, newbs, regs, lurkers, everyone that reads this:

Ring? Dress? Purse your lusting over? New fave pic or you and SO?
Re: I'm losing track...
I'm also having a hard time keeping up with all the new people (nothing against new people--I'm just really bad with names!).
Sharing - We ordered FI's ring on Saturday. We did a bit of looking in stores and online, and we ended back up at the place we bought my ring. He got a mokume gane design, which is a Japanese metal art of twisting different metals together to create a woodgrain-looking design.
We didn't take a photo, but this is almost exactly it.
I also went on a mad online shoe-shopping spree Saturday morning. I will return at least three of the four pairs I bought.

Wish you were here!
BF shops for wedding bands. He keeps changing his mind. He likes diamonds, but doesn't want it to look girly.
Sharing - My gender ultrasound is on Wednesday! I'm so super excited about it! Also our nursery furniture is being delivered this week and I can't wait to see it.
Picture - we may be moving in the relatively near future and this picture of the kitchen makes me drool. Look at all that cabinet space!
And these are the shoes I've been drooling over. And finally caved and bought last week.
Hmm, I'm already getting annoyed with my new roommates. They NEVER do their dishes, And I always have to do them because they are disgusting. I think I will be brave and actually talk to them tonight. I'm not their mother and I'm tired of it.
I will post a random picture later. I've gotta get back to my school work at the moment!
My name is Megan (don't think i've shared that before) and I just recently received a promotion at work. Not much else new at the moment. My cat loves boxes (as most do), so here's a cute pic of her.

BF and I went to the casino boat this weekend. We had a blast. We played blackjack for three hours. I won a little, nothing to call home about. He lost a little, nothing to come home crying about...
But we had SOOO much fun. He loves the casino, I've never been a fan. I've only been once before, lost $12 on slots, got pissed and went home.
So he really loved to share that experience with me.
I just bought this cardigan in Royal Blue. I LOVE it!
Sapphire, that kitchen looks awesome. It even has an island! I dream of a kitchen big enough to fit more than one person at a time.

Also, I am now wound so tightly that I am literally jumping in my seat everytime my phone rings. I even set a special ringtone for when the interviewer calls me - doesn't matter if it's the ringtone or not, but I'm so on edge it's driving me insane.

You're still waiting to hear Bella? I'm sure it's been less time than I remember, but seems like you had your interview forever ago. I'd be going nuts with anxiety too! keeping my fingers crossed for you girlie!!

It does feel like forever. The interview was the 14th and it's now the 31st, so it's been a little more than 2 weeks. I was supposed to have heard from them already, but I'm so hesitant to call them again. To me, that's really pushy. The only thing I can think of is that maybe they're not in such a hurry to fill the position and they're taking their sweet time. They wouldn't not hire me and then leave me hanging, right?

ah - it has been a while! I don't think they wait to call once they had made a decision. Some companies just take an excruciatingly long time to actually hire someone. Sorry you're having to be so patient! I know what you mean about calling again...I personally would just try to wait it out...
Leia, love the design for your FI's ring, mine wanted blood wood inlay in his but I might show him those designs.

I'm the poster formally known as eKathleen and I am super excited for the crap load of snow were supposed to be getting!!!
I am totally lusting after this coat. If I were about 20 lbs skinnier, I'm pretty sure I would try my hardest to justify spending $548 on a trenchcoat.
Deburnin, I've missed you! Don't leave us, please. Gorgeous pic of the falls! How was your getaway? Lyn, I love that dress. Hi, I'm desert, I've been here a good long while. This is the pot rack I want: http://www.target.com/Rack-Up-Enclume-Bookshelf-Pot/dp/B001ASP3DU/ref=huc_ic_2_pn My parents got us gorgeous new stainless cookware for Christmas, and now I'm having trouble fitting it all in our cupboards. (Sapphire, I'm soooooo jealous of your potential cupboards!) Here's our cookware for good measure: Can I just say that it makes me ridiculously happy to have a steamer insert for my veggies???
Posted by desertsun
i can't find a good steamer insert anywhere. *pout*
I'm using FI's computer right now and don't have any pictures stored on this computer, so I'll just refer everyone to all of my AW posts over the past week or so to look at pictures.
And here it is on me.
So, since it's in the picture, I will share that I got my first car ever in November! Yep, it took me 26 years. Part of that is having lived where I didn't need a car for so long. It's a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix. BF found it initially (we were both in the market at the same time). We got the deal of the century on it, too. I'm pretty proud of it.

I love to cook and do so frequently. Do you have any trouble with things sticking? I know you're supposed to heat the pans before you put anything in them, but am still curious.
Thanks !

Hmmm, I don't think I've ever told you guys but my name is Paige too! It's awesome that I share a name with the woman who has the cutest pug ever. I want a pug so badly but BF does not like them. He wants a bulldog but I don't like those, so we are compromising and have decided to either get a boggle (Boston Terrier and beagle mix) or a mini yorkie!!!

Gahhhhh decisions.
or
I'm leaning towards the first, but they shed and get fairly decent sized. And since BF has allergies, shedding is bad. But Yorkies are high maintenance dogs... I wish I could get a cat but BF is severly allergic. Darn it!!

get a cairn terrier! no/minimal shedding, smaller sized (12-16 lbs is normal... mine is 13), and cute as anything! :)
