  Hi there. We're using Merge for our wedding next fall. They have their liquor license. They are an amazing restaurant in Buffalo that has been open for maybe 5 years or so, but they're growing their catering business now. Sarah (one of the co-owners) is fantastic. They use local foods whenever possible and they specialize in vegan/vegetarian, but will do anything (we're having a vegan wedding so they were a natural choice). Their presentation is just beautiful and they also have an in-house pastry chef that could do the wedding cake. Plus, their servers are top-notch.   Friends have said Oliver's has great catering -they might be worth a look.
