Pirate - Nates decided to change her name because she was infected with a zombie virus. She doesn't remember the turn of events because of the trauma. But when she came to, she suddenly had a craving for BRAAAIIINNSS and decided she couldn;t come back here and live an internet life of lies.

So she changed her name to reflect what she's currently all about. It's quite simple really. ; )
