I don't really know what to ask for anymore. We are in the position of being able to buy (within reason) most of the things that we would like (clothes, movies) so it's really just big stuff and I can't ask that of my family or even of Bill.
I want a lot of the things that are left on my registry... I still have gift cards, but my family said leave the registry open until Christmas so they can shop. Mainly, I want more silverware from it, and a few other small kitchen goodies. I also want a Kindle. And Cirque du Soleil tix, but James said he doesn't know how to buy them.

I think tickets to the Cotton Bowl are in my future. I just hate that I'll have to go see it in Arlington.
For the past many years I have had a hard time making Christmas and birthday lists, which is kinda nice because it results in cash or Visa gift cards. This year I'm asking for my favorite perfume (Vanilla Musk, which I have been wearing for at least the past 10 years and I still love it) and a hair dryer w/ diffuser so I can style my hair with full, awesome curls rather than just the curly wave I get when I hairspray my damp hair and let naturally dry. ...I can't wait for it!!!
I asked for: an Iphone (not getting); VS flannel pajamas and a new Juicy sweatsuit from Ben to open Christmas morning. But my real gift is having the carpets and my couch (which is velvet and we have 3 cats--don't ask me what I was thinking) professionally cleaned.
Me and my sister aren't exchanging since we are taking a trip together in the spring. My dad is getting us a Home Depot card and a honey baked ham (since I am hosting Christmas eve dinner). So the only real surprise will be from my mom.
Angie, I am going to Cirque courtesy of my boss (yay!)--here is the link to their website.

We are trying to get tickets with my cousins and his roommates from A&M but they are having some issues (not sure) but DH looked on StubHub last night just to see how much they are and they are ridiculous!!! My mom wants to go too since she's never been to a game and it's something my step-dad always wanted to take her too but never got a chance. I'm really hoping we can get tickets but I will have to wait and see.

Thats what I asked for from my mom :) I have house repairs and upgrades I have been wanting to do that I have been putting off because they aren't necessary....so hopefully that Home Depot gift card will help me get started on things around the house
I want to buy my mom a Kindle, what are peoples opinions on its "user friendliness" for the older generation? Will she even be able to figure out how to use it....she is semi computer savvy, not oo much though haha

That's what I bought my mom. The guy at Best Buy sold me on it, saying that it's the most user friendly out of all the e-readers. Fingers crossed she likes it cause she's not very tech-savvy.
I told FI that since I can't have him home I would like: a new pink 12.0MP camera, a new flat iron that gets to 450+ since my hairdresser told me to ditch my CHI, Bombshell perfume from VS, and anything sparkly. I feel like such a brat.

Yeah we heard that too but my cousin asked us on Monday if we wanted to go and but in his erquest for tickets that day and then didn't hear anything so he called someone and they have no record of his request but he has his email and he printed a copy of his request so he had to send that to them and now they are working on trying to find him tickets. I'm not 100% sure of all details but as far as I know he is suppose to have tickets. His roommate from college did his request the same day shortly after my cousin and got confirmation he has tickets so now we are waiting to see if we get some. If not we will go somewhere and all watch the game together but I'm really hoping it's an error and we can get tickets!
I love the ideas. I'm actually very surprised how many people want VS PJs.
Since my birthday is only two weeks from Christmas I give people a wish list for both so I have no clue what I'll get for which occassion. Normally it's a combined gift. I've asked for a few wedding things, things off the registry. I kind of want a kindle, but I don't really want anyone to spend that much money for a present. My best friends and I just go to dinner for Christmas. Kind of like Stephanie.

FYI, I just bought the Olympus Stylus Tough camera.... it's waterproof to 16 ft, drop proof at 5 ft, and 14 MP... and most importantly, comes in pink! We got the older generation - they have one that they claim is indestructible, but it's $100 more.... but ours was $230. I really like it - it seems to take great pictures, and has some neat (aka easy to use) shooting modes. I recommend it, for sure!
I want some boots and a coach watch. I would seriously really like a new vacuum cleaner and one of those mop things that look like a vacuum cleaner. Yeah, the name escapes me.
And new sheets and a new quilt for our bed. And place mats for our table. Our registry was barely even touched. We did get enough corningware for the entire state of Texas, though.

Re: What do you want for Christmas?
A wi-fi blu ray player and some VS flannel pj's....and a new CHI flat iron and hair dryer since mine both gave up.
Bio Good Times
An Ipad, a new camera, some cute boots and just some moolah would be great!

I also want a Kindle.
And Cirque du Soleil tix, but James said he doesn't know how to buy them.

I find the Kindle pretty user friendly.
I'm doing holiday work for them, and they've come a long way since the mid 90's when my mom was into them. Really cute stuff
Another place to store my jewlrey, I pad, and for the wedding to be completely paid for would be amazing!!!!!!

I'd really like some new Ugg boots, mine are seriously about to fall apart.

To be honest I'm more EXCITED to give FI his laptop. That is all I can think about
