    Hire extra security.

    Call the non-emergency police number.

    Ask for the manager.

    No? Oh, well, then.

Crap, it's been so long since I've had to think about this stuff ;)

I think glutathione-S-transferase (GST).  Works at the sulfur group.  Does that help?

That's what got it ON there in the first place, and it doesn't seem to be taking it off.  Crap, I have to eat up the whole GST and hope for the best, don't I?

Hold up.  Are you working with a fusion protein?  GST-something or other?

No, nothing like that.  I'm trying to retrieve stuff that has been conjugated for excretion out of the urine, and while I can get back the stuff that has been sulfated or glucuronidated, the glutathione conjugates are a problem.

Ahh, got it.  A little out of my expertise (my mian GST dealings were fusion protein based), but you may need to assault it with GST.  GST never seemed to be a super robust enzyme.  Maybe you could play around with pH or something of that sort, or do a little googling or asking around to see what others did to goose up the efficiency of GST purifications.

Or nuke it, like hmo's suggestion

Well, it is kind of my pee.  It's synthetic pee.  I made it myself from various extracts.
