I bought my dress from David's bridal, but am having a seamstress put a custom belt on the dress. David's told me once someone else alters the dress they won't touch it! Now I don't know where to go to have it steamed/pressed before the wedding??? I've got five months, but would like to avoid going to a dry cleaners, I've heard horror stories! I live in the city, but am also open to bringing it somewhere in the northwest burbs. Ideas/recommendations???
