Hey Ladies,
I hope you enjoyed your weekend. I was just talking to my FI about our honeymoon which will be in Nassau. We just came back off of a 7 day cruise on the Oasis of the Seas which went to Nassau Bahamas, Virgin Islands and St.Maarten/St.Martin. Even though we didn't get to spend alot of time in Nassau I really enjoyed our trip to the island.
Where are you or did you ladies honeymoon too?

Question for you ladies...
I haven't been on a cruise since I was ten...do you get much time at each stop? For some reason...I've never been amped about them, but everyone else seems to really enjoy them! Maybe it is because I spent too much time in the kiddie room as a child? (My parents and my grandma cruised regularly and took me along when I was a little girl...I'm thinking my memory is distorted though because I remember having to shop really quickly to make it back to the boat on time?)

@Eagles347: Cruises are great! I apprehensively went on my first cruise a few years ago and loved it! Depending on your itinerary, you may spend a day or two in different ports, which is enough time to sight-see and shop. One thing I have to say though, don't think you're gonna go on a cruise and relax. There is so much to do, see, eat and drink, you'll need another vacation just to come down off the cruise...

I think it's probably because you were a kid that you don't remember it well. Each port we stopped at (3) we spent the majority of the day or at least 6 hrs during the day at port. It gave us more than enough time to do an excursion and get a little shopping in as well. You have to plan your time accordingly though. Do excursions early and then you have the rest of the time to relax and shop.
