Photo Guest books!

We just got ours back on Friday and it turned out great.  We used Mixbook.com.  I was really impressed with how it turned out.  We had looked at using a few different sites to do it, and mixbook seemed the most flexible in terms of layout/design, so we went with it.  They did a great job!  I was a little nervous since most people seem to be using shutterfly, but i'm here to tell you that mixbook is another great option!

Awesome!  I usually use snapfish, but I've been hoping to find one with more layout options.  Thanks!

Did you use your engagement photos for the book, or...?

We didn't get e-photos, but I recently reallllly wanted to put together a guest book that would be photos of US.  My friend said it's too late to get e-photos & proof them, etc... gahh...

We did use e-pix for our photo book but you definitely wouldn't have to!

I just used Picaboo to make ours. Haven't gotten it in the mail yet, but their templates are completely customizable. Way more flexible than Shutterfly.

Plus, I went to retailmenot.com and got a coupon code for a free hardcover large book up to 20 pages. Ours ended up being 26, so with shipping we paid a grand total of $24. Not bad!

As for getting e-pics -- you definitely have time if you really want to do it. Our photog (Render Photography) had ours edited and to us 2 days after the shoot. Seriously. But you could also just use pictures you have of you from over the years -- that might even be cooler!
