I like the nexst 2 acts, though. I generally love a capella performances, but Max Factor was too much for me.

Eh, the Wilson Phillips wasn't the greatest arrangement. It was the original harmonies with vocal percussion. It just wasn't very different or original.

Okay, all female groups have it so rough because you just CAN'T get a large range. It sucks, but you will never have the bottom that a guys group has.

I LOVE a cappella. In high school I was obsessed with Michigan State's group, The Dischords.

FI & me were thinking high too.

But I love this show- I haven't heard capella in forever & I love it.

Edit: wikipedia told me it is spelled "a cappella" I was so guessing before.

Yeah, rach, female groups totally get the shaft because it's not physically possible to sing low and have it carry really well. I'm not saying that's the only reason why, but that seemed to be what they focused on.

And I apologize for being a douche. I'm justifying, but I'm not feeling so hot and find myself being blunt.

Oh, I totally understand that they get the shaft--but between the two? come on.

And I thought their swan song was much better than the songs they sang during the show.
