  Yummy - white chocolate. I love the idea.
  
  Maybe you should do a test run. Keep them in a cool, dry, dark place until time to put them out. Maybe you could freeze them and that would allow them to thaw during the reception but not melt? I think a test run is in order.

  Keep them in a cooler with ice or even dry ice until it is time to decorate. Is your wedding inside?  As long as your guests are comfortable, your chocolate will be comfortable too.  (70ish degrees)

  Yeah, I was going to suggest dry ice or freezing them as well.  Those look great!

  Dry ice works well and I also like the freezing idea (bc dry ice is expensive and can be hard to find)

  On the dry ice front - most Baskin Robbins sell it by the pound.

  Those are very cute.
  
  The only problem I see with the freezing is when they start to thaw, condensation is going to appear.
