I'm trying to put together a buffet menu for reception.I will have about 150-200 guests, I dont want to be stuck with a lot of food left over. I have some guests that dont eat pork, some dont eat chicken and some dont eat turkey. I was going to try to do a variety, heres what I have:
Meats:Sliced Baked Ham, Sliced Turkey Breast In Gravy, Baked Chicken Pieces
Vegetables: Sweet Corn and Green Beans
Starches: Mash Potatoes or Mac and Cheese
Salads: Toss
Meat and Cheese Tray To Snack On
Desert: Fruit Platter and Cupcakes
Is this doing to much? With the varierty of meat choices about how many pounds of each should I order? A pound feeds 4-6 people.
