Outdoor Ceremony - Milwaukee Area

I'm helping my sister plan a quick wedding in the Milwaukee/Brookfield area.  I don't live in the area anymore, so I'm hoping you ladies can help.  She is looking for an outdoor ceremony site in May/June/early July.  The reception does not need to be at the same place.  Since this isn't a lot of time to plan a wedding for a popular time of year, do you have any suggestions that might be a little less popular?

    Try these venues. Some may have a Friday or Sunday available for an outside wedding.

    Country Springs Hotel - Pewaukee/Waukesha
    Golden Mast - Okauchee Lake
    War Memorial - Downtown Milwaukee
    Boerner Botanical Gardens

    I think the War Memorial is booked throughout all of wedding season next year.

    I'm getting married at Villa Filomena in Milwaukee (right by War Memorial area).  They might have a weekend open in May still.  Check with them.

    Silver Spring Country Club in Menomonee Falls has a rooftop patio that can be used for a ceremony.  It overlooks the valley, quite pretty.
