Just had my trial hair & make up done by Jessica at Just Face It. She was on time, extremely professional, open to my ideas & made me look awesome...which is ALOT more than I can say about the trial I had at Get Polished. That place made made me cry in horror!

    Darn! That's who comes with my planning contract - I've heard that before though   :(

    I am using Jessica also!!!  I am so glad to hear a great review, she seems really sweet and I can't wait for my trial!

    i had a horrible trial with get polished also. They made me travel to their awful "office building" in metaire ( i was a destination bride and the cab ride cost $75 dollars round trip!). The hair stylist was Extremely late and my hair fell out within 5 minutes of leaving the place. My makeup was just as awful- heavy fake eyelashes weighing down my entire eyelid and thye looked awful! They used drugstore make up that was a complete mess and OLD. Unfortunately I had my trial only a few weeks before the weding and i was unable to hire someone new. Needless to say, i did not love my hair and make up on my wedding day which is so unfortunate.  I'm so glad you liked Jessica with Get Face! I wish i had explored my other options instread of what was just included in my contract with GP.

    They did an awful job, then held my credit card hostage until I tipped them & signed a contract. They were VERY unprofessional.

    lbmsrlotr - So glad to hear your positive review about Just Face It.  I have booked her as well, but haven't had my trial yet.  BTW, I just sent you a private message.
