Is your FI wearing anythign special/different from the groomsmen so he stands out? I'm trying to decide if I should do a different color tie... Just not sure. What are your guys wearing?

    The groomsmen are wearing black tuxedos with marine blue vests and ties.  FI and ringbearer are wearing black tuxedos but with a platinum (a light silver) vest and tie.  FI didn't know what to pick and since he doesn't want to know what my dress is like I advised him to pick a silver since it's one of our colors and I have silver designs and beading on my dress :)

    We decided to go a slightly different route and instead of tuxes, the guys are all wearing a black suit of their own. We'll be buying them all either a red or brown tie. FI probably will just wear the same tie as the guys- everyone knows who he is. :)

    They all bought the same charcol grey suit from Jos A Banks (they looked literally everywhere for suits and found Jos had the best selection and best price during a sale). Groomsmen are wearing a lavender shirt that matches BM dresses with a deep purple and lavender striped tie. Groom is wearing a white shirt with a similar striped tie but his stripes are white, lavender and grey. I am so thrilled with how our bridal party outfits came out!

    Our guys are all wearing khaki suits and white shirts. The GMs will all have the same blue striped tie and FI will have the same tie, but with light yellow in it too. We're having a pretty small wedding though, so everyone already knows who he is.

    I think it depends if you want your wedding colors in some of your portraits. From what I have seen the groom usually wears a white tie while the groomsmen wear a colored tie that matches with the color of the bridesmaids dresses.

    The girls dresses are a deep pink so he didn't want to dress the boys in pink as well.

    Our guys all wore the same black suit and the same purple tie.  I didn't worry about DH standing out.  We thought about pocket squares but decided against them.

    I think I'm going to keep it simple too. My BM dresses are pewter/gray with green, cream, and yellow wildflowers. I was going to have the guys in black suits with pewter/gray vests and ties, with a pop of color in their boutenniers. I think I may just have my FI the same.

    FI is wearing the traditional tux with the black bowtie, and the groomsmen and ring bearer are wearing black tux with a blue patterned vest aand a blue necktie.

    my groomsmen wore black tuxes w/ black vests, white shirt and blue velvet ties to match the bridesmaids. My husband wore a white vest to match me with a black tux. Also, the groomsmen had green cymbidium orchid boutannieres to bring out the orchids in the bridesmaids bouquets  but my husband had white stephanotis to match mine (i had various white flowers w/a few green cymbidium orchids)
