I just wanted to put out a good review of the macy's Bridal salon, as I myself was not looking forward to dress shopping there.
I origninally got my gown at Roma in Apriil, luckily since I put a deposit down with Amex I was able to file a claim with them and get my money back, I also knew the designer and style of my gown so I just had to find it elsewhere. One of the only other stores in the area to carry the dress was macys, I was very skeptical..I mean who gets their wedding dress at macys?! but I decided to check it out and was beyond floored with the service and attention I received. They were kid, professional, personable, honest and helpful. I ended up re-buying my dress along with my veil and my mom found a dress for herself there too! After visiting several other salons in NJ and NYC, my best experiance BY FAR was at macys!
