Escort card ideas?

We are having an outdoor wedding in September and I wanted to have some type of creative escort cards rather than the traditional paper cards,. Would love any ideas? Thank you

There's a lot of cute ideas here!

I like those pinwheels, those would be so cute! Mini pumpkins would be awesome too... but is September too soon for pumpkins? Are they for sale by then? I guess I'm not very knowledgeable on the pumpkin business, lol.

Personally, I think pine cones would make for very cute escort card holders! They have those awesome little slots in them anyways, so you could have the little cards that say the names, and just slide the card so it's standing up in the pine cone.
