I am planning to have my reception in my cousin's backyard. Its a nice size backyard. The only thing is I don't know where to begin on how to decorate it. My colors are red, white & black. The theme is winter romantic & elegant. I am getting married Jan. 19, 2013. If anyone has some tips or advice on how to decorate on a budget please let me know. I need all the help I can get. I don't really have anyone helping me planning my wedding. My maid of honor helps me when she can since she is also planning her own wedding. Other than that I am on my own.
