Affordable rehearsal dinner in Milwaukee?

I'm trying to find a place for my rehearsal dinner (about 30 people) on a budget.  Any ideas of good places to go for no more than $10 to $15 per person?  (Friday fish fries are acceptable options...)

    We're doing Milwaukee Ale House. I was also thinking of Historic Turner Restaurant. They have a pretty good fish fry and it's cheap!

    I just posted about Lakfront Brewery on someones "reception" post.  We stayed in budget and had a great time.  We also printed our own menus' for our guests.  Fun and part of staying in budget.  With tip, about $350 for 20 people.  We also bought "first round" in that price.
