Heidi = 33, not 23. She aged herself a lot with the surgery(s).

I've always wanted to get my nose done--but everytime I see an episode of Dr. 90210---and the hack away at someones nose, ummm, no....that's too much for me.

I almost got my nose done when I lived in LA (like I had a surgeon and went through the consultations, got the price quote and everything) and chickened out at the last minute. My nose is farking huge, but I'm glad I didn't change it. I feel like my face would look weird without it.

Her new boobs are disturbingly huge. I want to pop them with a stick. I think she's making a huge mistake starting the Botox this early, and why she got her eyebrows done is beyond me. They looked fine. Now she just looks surprised.

I am definitely not against plastic surgery in MODERATION. I myself have had implants I also do botox once a year and have had collagen in my lips every couple years. I would consider stomach lipo if I weren't thinking about having another baby. And maybe an eyelid lift or neck lift in 10-15 years.

But to completely totally alter your entire face is repulsive to me. What most women fail to realize is that when plastic surgery and injectables are overdone, all they do is age a woman. She looks like an older woman trying to look young. Especially those facial filler injections and the brow lifts. I can spot them a mile away with their freakishly smooth shiny alien skin.

As much as I hate Heidi Montag, when I saw her on the stupid jungle show, she was really cute without makeup and had an amazing body with her modest implants. Now her boobs look disgusting and she looks old and ordinary.

The only thing that I will ever consider doing is getting a breast reduction! I'm already at a FF and don't need to go any bigger. I have enough back and shoulder issues as it is.

Just as a side note, (I have said this before), you can't wait until you have wrinkles for the botox. You have to start before. It's preventive.

I miss the days of botox yore.

Yes! So true....I started my yearly forehead shot when I was 27. Stop it before it gets bad! It wil train you to not be overly expressive, so the wrinkles never get deep. I am very expressive and love a little eye wrinkle and smile lines. But forehead wrinkles are never attractive and make you look harsh and angry.

Well then, it looks like I will be gettting Botox in Aug when I get a job! I am 33 after all. Who knows when wrinkles will appear.

Smokey and sascha, I didn't realize that botox was preventative. I always think of the women in their 40's and 50's who have clearly used it to the point of not being able to emote, with creepy smooth foreheads. So using botox early makes sense then. Btw, sascha, my forehead is totally harsh and angry looking, so I think it would be too late for me!

Beatles....you are a liar. I have seen your pictures and your forehead is a lovely smooth surface:) I hate those frozen faces too....like I said before, people completely overdo things and do it way too often.
