I need a seamstress ASAP!

I contacted a woman a few months ago about doing my alterations, she had been recommended by other brides. I now have the dress and have 71 days until my wedding, and she has yet to respond. 

PLEASE post who you are or have used! I am getting concerned because my dress doesn't fit (oh goody right?) It needs taken in on top and let out on the bottom unless I can manage to lose 2 more inches on my hips. Nothing like being a curvy girl right? lol

    Hey Kelly, Juliana here :) I'm going to Monica, a seamstress who 'rescued' a gf of mine and has done alterations, custom made jobs, etc. for  other girls I know for their wedding gown, bridesmaids and flower girl dresses. I'm going to her this Tuesday for my 1st dress fitting and to discuss having a shrug custom made for myself and my neice and would be more than happy to let you know how it goes! FB me if you want her phone number! I've only heard great things about her.

    I'm looking for someone to do my alterations as well!  I really do not want to go to Wendy's or any other place like that.  Please fill me in on who to go to!

    I went to Monica a few weeks ago.  I haven't seen the finished dress (I told her to take her time because my wedding isn't until fall) but she really seemed to know what she was doing.  As soon as I put it on she knew what was wrong with it.  And she is very reasonably priced.

    I'm using linda Hammond as well.  Took my dress is for my bustle just on monday.

    I'm using Monica too! Had my first fitting last week and loved her. It's obvious she knows what she's doing and she makes you feel special, as if she doesn't see brides in their gowns every day!

    I used Pat Denino in Westerville. She can knock it out for you quickly if you need it and her pricing is SO good!

    I'm using Monica to custom make me a dress and skirt for our engagment party. She's fantastic!!! I met with her for a final fitting today and I'm so excited to pick everything up this weekend. Her prices are great too.

    I found Linda Hine on one of these boards and used her.  She seems to be pretty popular on TK.  My dress had a lot of beading, etc. and she did a great job taking it in and on my bustle.  Here is her contact info:
