Any thoughts on what is too young for flower girls and ring bearers? My future niece and nephew will be about 2 and 3 years old on our wedding day, and I'm worried this is way too young. Our plan as of now is to wait until we get a bit closer (my wedding is next May) and see what their parents think about it, since obviously kids at those ages can vary a lot as far as whether they would be ok with this kind of thing, but I thought I would see if you all have had experiences with this. Just a note--we are having our ceremony outside and about 250 guests. Thanks!

I'm teasing the kids right now by telling them they have to do a little dance and that my nephew needs to make a speech when he gets down the aisle to us. They're going to be so nervous!
