Need help finding a caterer

My wedding is in a small town about 45 minutes east of Cincy and I can not find a caterer around here and with my venue I have to find my own. I'm on some what of a tight budget. There will be around 100 guests and it will be 6pm...the breakdown of my budget on here says 15 dollars a person. Any recommendations??

Try Funky's Catering...I have not personally used them, but I have seen & heard good reviews on them. I am considering using them for our RD if I don't go with my original idea. They aren't very expensive either.

    Good luck!

Check with Brown Dog Cafe.....that is who we are using through our venue and the prices for our venue are in that range......they may have a contract with our venue for that pricing, but they may be able to work with you.

Vonderhaar's is good!  I use them for work functions a lot and they are very reasonable!  Their food is good as well!!  Good luck in your search!

I am going with Funky's Catering and couldn't be happier. My fiance and I had a tasting with them two weeks ago and EVERYTHING was delicious. They are creative with their dishes but very conscious of your budget. Their staff goes through extensive training and are prepped about your wedding timeline and other common questions guests may have.

If you are more price conscious I recomend a buffet dinner with whichever caterer you choose- it tends to be cheaper and you can have more menu choices for your guests.

You HAVE to check out Be Creative Catering out of Hebron. They were by far the most inexpensive I found and their food is AMAZING! Their selection is online and it is as good as it sounds. Our wedding is June, we had our tasting last August and my FI is STILL talking about the food we had! I had 2 kids I nannied with us for the tasting and they evven ate it up! Check them out for sure!

My uncle owns a catering company in Wilmington called McCoy's Catering. They would travel to you. He is very affordable and flexible when it comes to pricing and menu. You should just check into him (I won't be offended if you don't use them) the number is 937-382-4042

I am using Davidson's Catering out of Hammersville, OH.  I got their name through an acquaintance who recently was married.  She said 2 of her other friends used them as well.  They do a huge buffet for $7.25/person.  You get to pick 4 meats, 2 veggies and 1 potato.  And they also include a 25 item salad bar as well as coffee and tea.  My wedding isn't for a few weeks still but what I've heard of them is nothing but good.  And, they have been very very easy to work with over the phone.

Eat Well out of Covington is owned/run by Renee Schuler and she is AWESOME!! I'm not sure about pricing but you would not be sad if you tried her food.  http://www.eatwellonline.com/home.html

I'm sorry I haven't gotten you the Davidson's info.  I haven't been online in a few days.  And, sorry if this is a duplicate post now, because apparently my computer is still giving me problems.  But, the phone number for them is 937-379-1791.  If you call them, they will send you the menu of buffet selections. There are a bunch of possibilities.  Also, if I remember correctly, the deposit was only $100.  Let me know if you need anything else.
