Hey girls! So this week has been pretty crazy for me. I am turning in my application to grad school today, and have been struggling with my application all week! Here was the schedule for this week:
Monday: Strength and stretch. (I added 60 minutes of cross training because I didn't work out on Sunday. I went snowboarding instead!)
Tuesday: rest (I decided to do a test run with a spray tan before my Vegas trip this weekend, and didn't realize I couldn't work out until 5 hours after I got it. ;/ oops.)
Wednesday: Abs, 4 mile run
Thursday: 4 mile run, upper body strength workout
Friday: Im going to try and get 2 miles in when I get to Vegas. I arrive at like 10:30am, and my other friends won't get there until like 2, which is when we check in.

Saturday and Sunday: I highly doubt I will get any excercise in.

I plan on making up the 6 mile run on Monday when I get home.
How has your training been going? It's really helpful with accountability if I hear how other people are doing.
