Curly Haired Brides and an Air brush make up question

I hope everyone had a great Fourth weekend!  Yesterday was our 2 month mark and i started panicking a bit because there is SO much to do.   It's starting to hit reality, especially that our shower isthis coming weekend.
I *just* sent out our invites on Saturday, and now realized that we didn't put a Reply by date on the RSVP card. bah.  Hopefully people will just reply in a timely manner on their own and i'm sure we'll have our straglers like everyone.

I have naturally curly hair, think ringlets.

It's a little longer than shoulder length right now and have been looking at some ideas online for a wedding hairstyle but am back and forth between down with loose waves (or half up and down),  or all up.
I just wonder for those with curly hair, with dancing, and sweating, how did your hair hold up?    Any suggestions?   Did it frizz?

I'm also looking into air brush makeup, i've seen on TV that when they cried, the makeup left "streaks", like lines where you could tell the makeup wasn't anymore.  Did it happen to you?
Would you not reccomend airbrush?
TIA!

I don't know anything about curly hair, sorry!

However: the makeup artist I'm using (Daneene Jensen) says she does not do or recommend airbrush for brides simply because of how made-up it can look. That said, many many brides around here used and loved airbrush. I've chosen not to. Good luck!

I can't help with the curls...

I had airbrush makeup one for my wedding this past weekend. I sweated in it, cried all down it, and smushed my face into my H's (eek!) white shirt. It stayed on through all of that and did not get streaky at all. It took some serious face scrubbing that night to get it all off.

I had airbrush and thought it looked really natural.  I don't wear a lot of make up (okay, I rarely wear make up at all!) and I did not feel like I was overdone.  I had no problems with streaking or smudging.  I loved airbrush, and would do it again.

thanks guys!  I rarely wear make up too, my skin absorbs it!

I have curly hair but she curled it, I didn't use my natural curls. It held up all night, looked great. HTH!

I did a half up half down braided style for my MOH's wedding last July and it was HOT that day, AND we had pictures outside... and it held up fine.

My hair is ridiculously curly, so I completely understand your concern!

YAY! Did you leave it in it's natural state? For the style i was thinking of, i would have to straighten it, and then put in loose curls.

I have naturally curly hair, but I straightened it the day before and then the day of she curled with a big round barrel brush for loose curls that would defy humidity.
