So I work out with my personal trainer 3 times per week and he tells me to never go off of weight because as you work out you gain muscle which makes you weigh more. My goal is to actually gain 15lbs of muscle. I am trying to lose inches, I am guessing everyone else is to? Does it make sense to say your goal weight? Isn't everyone going more for a goal look or size? Just wondering?

Soo.. I've been walking everymorning and night for 45 min with my Fiance. But then I woke up this morning and its like 35 degrees. (this may not be a shock for you northerners, but I'm a FL girl!!) So I think I'm going to have to do something else to get my exercise in. On the plus side I had oatmeal and hot tea for breakfast and a banana and kiwi for snack. I brought my lunch to work and although its meat and mashed potatoes, its a very healty portion. I've been in the bathroom a lot because of all the water so my deskmates are laughing at me. Dieting at work is DEF going be a challenge. Hope everyone else is doing just as good!

Ajzmommy, isn't it crazy! I am in South Florida(Broward County) and when I went to the track this morning I was like woah! I hear that tomorrow is going to be even colder. Try doing a DVD those are quite effective if you push yourself. GL
I'm from so Florida and just moved to ny and am jealous of you girls - I woke up this morning to take my dogs for a jog and it was insanely cold- like teens with wind chill - my jog did not last long at all. Tonight I will have to do something to make up for it - hopefully the Jillian Michaels DVD I was supposed to start yesterday!
Ajzmommy - I have been in the bathroom so many times today from all the water it's getting embrassing! I've started coming up with errands in other depts I need to do just to get me out to the bathrooms so people don't notice!
Today I went to the gym and did the arc trainer machine for 30 minutes - burnt 252 calories. Then I went downstairs and did some of the weight machines (mainly the arm ones) for about 15 minutes. But I did 3 reps of 10 on each machine. Tomorrow B and I are going back to the gym together!
Had a really rough night at work last night, so I was able to get in a lot of exercise that way. Haven't been tracking all of my meals on MyFitnessPal, but I think tomorrow will be a better day. Just have to get by butt to the store to stock up on healthy food and snacks.

I have been really really great with my foods this week - bought almost every vegetable in the grocery store on Sunday and have ben having big salads for lunch and diner with just some fresh lemon juice on top and sometimes a sprinkle of evoo with some tofu or black beans and my water intake has been crazy, but I can't find my real exercise motivation - I'm a little tired and almost feel like I'm detoxing from all the bad foods and alcohol over the past few weeks.
