I wondered when you slackers were going to wake up ;-)
I've already taken the train to the next town, bought a hat, come back, did laundry and am now having lunch!
How's your day going? It's getting to be super hot here. it was 24 C yesterday. blegh
set the scene: The way our bldg is, even though we are on the 2nd story, we're really three flights up and all the roofs are kind of staggered and tiered along with the balconies.
Last week H noticed a kitty wandering around on the balcony level below us. he has been talking to her and a few nights ago she started flirting back (rolling on her back, looking to make sure H was watching, rolling some more, etc). Tuesday night I see him looking over the balcony edge. "whatcha doin darling?" "looking for my girl" hmmm, glad you aren't really a cat person....
Well last night we're out on the balcony, H was bummed "his girl" wasn't outside and about 5 minutes later we hear this noise on the roof. We look up and there is "his girl's" little head peering down on us. She couldn't figure out how to get to H last night, but I am fully expecting a kitty to be at my door in the next few nights.

Morning, ladies. I'm excited/nervous, because I've signed up for 4 classes next year to get my Gifted Education endorsement. It's supposed to be every Thursday from 4:30-9:30, so that will make for one helluva long day. But, it just adds to the resume, and puts me one more step up the ladder, so when the inevitable job cuts come, mine won't be the job that is cut.

Oh, I ordered the Magicsuit from VS last night. Robert actually pushed me for it. I think he doesn't care what the bathing suit costs as long as I'm comfortable. I hope this one is a winner. I'll let you know how it goes.
