Need a VENUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm getting married June of next year and I haven't been able to find a venue that doesn"t cost the same amount as a small foreclosed house! I'm looking for somewhere we can have both wedding and reception! Please if there's anybody who knows somewhere I can use please oh please tell me!

                                                                                   OMG! i"m getting desperate!

Re: Need a VENUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Lake Mary Events Center. It is a bit pricey but both the wedding and ceremony can be done there.

  • What are you looking for in terms of number of people, indoor/outdoor, etc? That would make it easier to help.
  • Check out Murano's Lakeside in Altamonte.  A permit to get married at the lake is only a few hundred bucks and I worked out a deal on my reception with no room rental fees.
  • Look under your city website. Most of the time they have community buildings or buildings in parks that are super cheap to rent. I live in Lngwood and rented our community building (which is a gorgeous victorian house with a wrap around porch on a brick road) for just over $500 for ceremony & Receptions. Irt comes w ceremony chairs and tables and chairs for reception.
  • Paradise Cove Orlando

Very affordable, and gives you the freedom to choose your vendors so you can control prices on that to a certain extent. It is also absolutely beautiful.

The pricing changes based on the number of people, day of the week etc. Most inexpensive is $1750, which is for 1-75 guests on a Monday thru thursday. Most expensive is $4000 for 251-300 guests on a Saturday.

Also, both the ceremony and reception can be done there.

Just paid my deposit for there today! I definitely reccommend it!

  • @avondale we're getting married at the Courtyard at Lake Lucerne also, 2 days before you!  Agreed - we found this to be the most reasonably-priced option of those we were considering.
  • May I ask, how much are you paying for the Courtyard at Lake Lucerne?

<div>They have two different buildings that they hold weddings at - we are using the I.W. Phillips house, which I believe holds 130-150.  The Dr. Phillips house is a little bit bigger and I think they can go up to 200.</div>
  • We booked the Cypress Grove Estate House. It's beautiful and you can have the ceremony and the reception there!
