BPICS with Tess on Saturday!

Hey Girls!
Thanks to you ladies who recommended Tess Johnson.  She was able to fit me in last minute for B-Pics this Saturday, I can't wait!

Any tips from you ladies who had B-Pics Taken?
How many outfits did you bring?  I have to go lingerie shopping !

Jenwindy - Can you send me a PM with your email address?  On her blog it mentioned that the person referring would get a free video CD, so I want to give her your name/contact info since you recommended her twice to me on here :)

I brought about 5 outfits (all black lace and soft pinks) so they were all different but coordinated when put together in a book for DH.

Wear a loose sundress so you don't have any lines on your body, some girls even go commando under a sundress for extra measure. Get a good night's sleep the night before. Some girls get their hair and makeup done, I did my own with my hair in hot rollers since I didn't have the extra $$.

The biggest thing is to celebrate yourself and your body, and have fun!

I definitely agree about wearing loose clothes since you don't want lines on your body in the pics...although maybe Tess would retouch them??  I wore 5 different outfits - 3 white ones and 2 black ones...i think they all will go together nicely in the album but i liked having the 2 different colors/styles.  i even brought my veil with me to wear with one of the white outfits.  oh yeah - don't forget shoes to go with the outfits too...and any jewelry/accessories you want to wear too!  Also, my photographer suggested cutting any tags out of outfits that could be visible in photos...i never would've thought about that and was so grateful she told me to...the photos would not exactly have the same effect if there was an ugly tag showing through!

i was nervous about it but it ended up being a lot of fun...if you have the right photographer, she'll make you feel relaxed and direct you on how to pose, etc!  have fun!!!

Thanks Chicas!  I never would have thought about the garmet lines OR the tags...
I'm wondering if I'll need a mimosa before I walk in there.  HMMM.

Yay! Love Boudoir! I just got my album!!

I did Pin-up and Boudoir photos, I had six outfits. Start with the least revealing, drink some wine, and pretend to be out of a Victoria's Secret catalog! For mine I brought cherries, petit fours, and rock candy lolli-pops as props. Good Luck

I hd boudior photos with Tess just yesterday and she is AWESOME! I have never liked having my picture taken until I had it done by her.

My husband---as of August 14th, yay us!--LOVESSSSSS the sneak peek photos we got in email ast night. I can't recommend her highly enough, I would do this again in a heartbeat. I wish I had her do my wedding photos (in addition to my niece who did fab photos) as well. She is truly an artist; I have neer seen myself look like that. I think my hair and makeup were perfect; she also made me feel so at ease in my lingerie..still carrying an extra ten pounds that were making me feel so pudgy and nervous, that feeling disappeared. I cannot wait to get the rest of the photos and my Mr is delighted. *bow bow chicka bow wow* These are sort of heirlooms ...I am so glad I went, just so glad.
