McMenamin's Old St. Francis School

My fiance and I just signed a contract with McMenamin's for the O'Kanes square, and I'm wondering if anyone else has had their wedding at McMens/Old St. Francis/O'kanes square/Bend, OR/ or even just outside that has advice about the tenting/seating.

We're also wondering about good bands/trios for ceremony and cocktail hour music and DJs for the reception.  Any opinions on the best local bands or DJs?

    I live in Bend but I haven't decided on a DJ yet, I think I may be using ED at Killer Whale audio but still need to meet with some people. I may not pick one until the wedding expo her in January. I've eaten there quite a few times but never really thought much about it in the context of a wedding. My photographer shot a wedding there.     I've been to a wedding at McMenamins and it was really nice.  The food was good and it seemed very private and relaxed.  I live in Bend too and am using Dave Clemes for my DJ and am also using Kimberly Kay for my photographer.  They are both great and I highly recommend them!
