Trying to decide on a date? any suggestions?

My Fiance and I are wanting to have an outside wedding in the spring. We can't make up our minds on either late May or Mid June. The only thing I'm hesitant about in May is that it rains alot. We live in SE Kentucky, so you can only imagine lol.

But i don't want it to be too hot either.

Any suggestions?

    I'd totally go for late May.  Just a personal preference.

    I think it's about the same.  Check with your vendors and see if there's an availability issue or a discount for a particular date.

    Yea thats kinda of what I was looking at. Because the temperature should be decent and not muggy and wet. bc its an outside wedding on a farm like scenery.

    No matter the time of year, you need a rain plan.  It can rain any day.

    thats so true. We've been looking at renting the tent and chairs. I want to get a tent that has the sides on it as well, just in case.

    You should.  Our wedding was May 8th of this year - and it was 60 degrees with 40 mph wind gusts.  See my veil flying out behind me in my sig pic?  That's the wind.  Brutal. 

    Always be prepared!  I think that's the boyscout motto, but that should apply to weddings too.  :D
