I am beyond disgusted. This guy I was friends with in middle school and high school, joined the army, and got sent to korea, but before he left he got married. I just looked at his facebook and he's talking about a girlfriend and has pictures with this girl. He is getting divorced and is dating someone else. :[ I feel horrible for his wife

    I've heard that story more in my past year of marriage than ever in my life. As much as it disgusts me, I guess you could say i've learned how to ignore it.

    Kendall, you are going to see it more and more. You are also going to see wives cheating on their husbands that are deployed, and vice versa. A LOT. Since I have movd, I have seen so much cheating going on its ridiculous. It's on both sides too, the SM and the spouse. Just learn to ignore it and unfortunately learn to not care as well. I can't get mad everytime I see somebody cheating. I would be mad way too often.

    I agree ggirl. You will also hear about stuff from your Fi I'm sure. Like mine got really pissed on a trip they went on b/c of subject related crap going on. You have to learn to just ignore it or at least not let it affect you otherwise your going to have a much more upsetting life then you want. like other said to much unneeded dram that is just not worth the headache regardless of how sad it may be. Your hearing about it all because the military is a tight nit group and not to be depressing but it isnt just military it's just easier for us to find out about sometimes because it it.

    This disgusts me. I work with a lot of retired dudes and they all say this happened a lot back in the 70's-90's when they were AD. I guess some things never change. Another girl I know had a husband who cheated with a Desert Queen when he was in the AOR. Gross.
