This is another Weight Watchers question. I am thinking about joining but I'm not sure if it would be a "waste of money" or not (kind of to follow up on that question from the other poster last night). I go to the gym and weight lift/cardio atleast 3-4x a week.
But I am about 130IBS over weight. My wedding is September 2013 so I hae time to lose the weight. Or atleast a big portion of it. Would this program be able to help with a larger amount of weight lose as opposed to the 20-30IBS i hear most people talk about?
Also, my FI is about 200IBS overweight with high blood pressure. I begged him to join weightwatchers with me (he goes to the gym with me but he over eats all the time). He refuses because he does not like the food and doesn't want to spend the money. Any tips on how to motivate him to join with me?
Any advise would be great. Thank you!
