I have to write thank you cards to my parents and I need to put together the gifts for the GM. We have them, I just need to assemble them into neat packages.

Next Wednesday I have a meeting with my venue to drop off my supplies and to set up a mock table with our wedding planner.

I need to contact the caterer to arrange for lunch next Saturday for the BM's.

It's really not too much, but with other things also going it seems like a lot.

I know CRAZY!!!

we are meeting on Tuesday to drop off the centerpieces and what not for our site corodinator to set up for us, then going back on Friday to make sure it is all in place LOL properly and to decorate the Gazebo...

Going to get our Sand for the Sand Ceremony on Saturday ... and pick up the mens suits on Monday evening...

other than that we are all good!

INSANITY.

Not counting the To-Dos of the few days before when we're up and running errands (things like getting rings cleaned, dropping this off here, getting food for the bridal party, etc.), we have to:

- Finish cutting and assemble table numbers (I meant to do this this past weekend, bad procrastinator)
- Prepare custom coffee mugs for my bridal party girls for morning of getting ready
- Assemble the welcome packages for guests staying at the hotel

...Can that possibly be it?! We also have a call today with our photographer to hammer out details, and I need to do the same with our transportation.

We met with preacher dude last night, and went over our short ceremony. We still need to

pick up the license
confirm venue has details discussed 9/13
LOL find something to hold the unity candles - totally forgot about that

FI is taking everything to the cleaners today, and next week we will all get haircuts and I'll have a mani/pedi

Oh... some of you guys are good:

--OOT welcome bags - will get done tonight
--Programs: Printer had a glitch where all the fonts came out funky and wrong and you couldn't read a word... they are supposed to fix today and then we will have to do the ribbon and whatnot
--Wrap and Prepare all the bridesmaids gifts
--Pray the Groomsman gifts get here in time
-- Confirm all details with venue
--Get picture list to DOC and Photog
-- Create the day of itinerary
--Final fitting(s) - really cutting it close here
--Pick up tux's
--Order thank you notes with both of our names on it
--Wear my shoes and sand them down
-- SLEEP!!!!!!!
-- Mani/Pedi
--I'm sure I'm missing a lot.....

Ack! Other than sealing my DIY centerpeices, and waiting for two items to show up im themail, im ready. Right now i'm just putting out brush fires and packing boxes to go to the sites.

AHHH! The pressure is really on. Has anyone else been so stressed that they forget to eat or can't eat?!

I have a lot of little things left to do like getting food sorted out and ordered since we are supplying all of the side dishes ourselves. The other main things are basically day of and week of things, so hopefully it all settles down next week!
