    Forget MLS.  Use Redfin.  I love me some Redfin.  :)  In fact, I still stalk Redfin every day. 

    As far as the home improvements, they are coming along.  All of the flooring is down in the bedrooms, hallway and living room.  The baseboard and lighting are going in by the end of this week.  The main bathroom will be done in less than 2 weeks.  Then, it is on to the kitchen. 

    We are starting the moving process next weekend.

    I know you all don't know me, but congrats on the new job.  I recently moved away from Annapolis (and miss it terribly!!) so if you need any info never hesitate to ask!

    Hetshup, I'm from the DC area, too!  Actually, I know a good realtor in the area, but I'm not sure if he does MD.  I know he does DC and VA.  If you want, I'll ask.  He's family, so if I say you're a friend, he'll really cut his percentages.  At the least, if he doesn't do MD I'm sure he knows a good reliable realtor in the area.

    So you got the job offer, but not info about the salary?

    I've been looking between Realtor, Zillow, and Trulia. Some usually have info on a house that others don't. All three also have iPhone apps but I prefer Zillows.

    So here is what is happening. All the execs have green lit me for the job, tomorrow I have a phone appt with the Exec Director of the program and that's when the offical offer will come down. I have to accept it, then I get all the details. So tomorrow, I will have another freak out post I'm sure.

    The good news is Talbots is having a massive sale. :)

    Cate, I will let you know, I think we might have realtors on reserve.

    Okay, I don't have time to read through this entire thread.. buuuut..

    #1 OMG CONGRATS ON THE JOB!!! That's freakin' awesome and I'm stoked for you!!

    #2 Ditto what everyone already said about the invites - there's no use in me repeating it this late in the game.

    #3 I vote finishing the centerpieces - less to worry about later.

    #4 I'm glad it's you moving and not me - I'm SO tired of moving but wishing you all the luck in the world!
