Vegan Catering and Cakes?
Hello!
I am very VERY early on in the planning of the wedding (as in, the guy and I are just starting to save, and will be engaged soon), but for planning and budgeting services, this has been on my mind a lot.
Both he and I are vegan, and would like high quality vegan catering (from someone who doesn't think all vegans eat is carrots, grass, and tofu. We want everyone to be full and happy) and a vegan cake.
Is there anyone in the Orlando/Central Florida area that could do something like this?
If not we are going to have to figure out alternate ways to get this done.

Ethos Vegan Kitchen does catering, but you have to pick it up. This may be an option if your venue has a serving staff and allows outside food. http://www.ethosvegankitchen.com/catering.html

I know that Raphsodic does cakes, but I am not sure about wedding cakes. I do know that they do tons of custom orders so I'd give them a call and see if they are able to do it.
