  Is her husband's name Cyndi?
  
  It can be Cyndi and Robert Walker, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Walker or Cyndi Walker and Robert Walker.
  
  But Mr. and Mrs. Cyndi Walker is not correct.

  I have no idea what her husband's name his. I know he goes by Ewert, but she goes by Walker-Ewert...so what would I do? Can I address it to just her?

  Email her (or call her or stop by) and tell her you're getting ready to send invitations and just wanted to confirm her and her husband's full names. Could she please provide the best way to address them?
  
  No matter what approach you take, you'll need his first and last name, and to confirm that she uses the hyphenated version socially.

  If she goes by a different name (and she's hyphenated hers, it appears from your post) then it's this:

  
  

  Ms. Cyndi Walker-Ewert and Mr. Robert Ewert

  
  

  You can put it on two lines if you need to; the "and" denotes that they are married. You shouldn't use "Mr. and Mrs." unless they truly have the same last name.

  If all of those are real names, you should edit them out and use something more generic.
