  Have you looked on the internet? I bet you could find great ideas on there.  Or my bridal shower was on Sat and my cousin found some great things for the theme on oriental trading website (also inexpensive.)  What about clouds/sky for a theme? Cloud/sky decorations and cloud/sky decorations on the cake.  You could also do things with flowers and hearts.  (Maybe clouds that look like hearts!)

  Decorate the area around the centerpiece with block letters that spell out "LOVE" ....
  
  If you're going with cloud theme, look for decorations to hang : Clouds can be made by gluing cotton batting onto paper and hanging them around the room. You can also cover your food table with cotton batting to make it look like a cloud.
  
  Games:
  Have a sky-themed trivia game. You can ask the guests what the difference between a cumulus and nimbus cloud is or what the closest star to Earth is.
  
  You can check out Party City to see what type of balloons they have, maybe they have a cloud or something similar. If not, they do have the umbrella that says Bridal Shower on it.

  I keep thinking about kites, planes and hot air balloons.  Not sure how this is helpful, but maybe it'll spark something.

  
  

  I like the idea of the letters LOVE hanging from the ceiling on fishing wire.

  
  

  What if the hostess wear pins and hats like flight attendants?  haha!  That might be cute.

  
  

  You can hand out little packs of peanuts and welcome them to Love Airline.
