Barrel, that's funny. I went to France when I was in high school and I had to pay to get 13 rolls of film developed when I got back... Nowadays you just put them on your computer and half the time not even print any of them...

I do kind of miss the thrill of going to pick up developed film and seeing all the ridiculous photos I took at sleepovers. lol.

I remember getting black & white film for my camera. Then I had to use it all up before I could change it back. It was a pain.

Yeah - and some of the pictures were rediculous. We actually accidentally double exposed a roll once and ended up with some really interesting shots

Oh man I've done that too Loops. My mom used to do it a lot. I am pretty sure she still has rolls of film that she hasn't developed. I would love to see what are on those rolls, since they would've been when I was little.

I have zero interest at this point to see movies in 3D. The glasses are usually awkward or uncomfortable and I don't think they look that different than regular movies really.

Loopy idk why she's back but she's annoying me. Did the show pay her to fly back for the drama? He seemed SO uninterested with her there. What was she expecting him to be like oh no, I made a mistake letting you leave? Wtf

Yeah, Meg, I'm not sure either. I wonder if she approached them to try to get closure, or if they approached her. And if there was something behind the scenes that prompted it. Or the show asked her to come back to she could break the news about Courtney bluntly so he wouldn't like like a total tool if she got all the way to the end... at least they could say someone told him when he sees the show and realizes he got played

You know what boggles my mind? How we actually don't see in 3D anyway. Like, the world is 3D but it is actually only possible to truly see in 2D. J tries to explain it to me and it makes my head hurt.

Hi everyone!

I'm not a big Nascar fan, but my dad likes it, so I'm sure he's watching it right now. I don't know that he has a favorite driver, though. A friend mine's H kinda looks like Dale, Jr.

I got a wedding invitation in the mail today. When I first looked at the envelope I thought to myself "this looks like it could be a wedding invitation but I have NO idea who's getting married this year." Then I actually pulled the invitation out and saw who it was for (a family friend that's practically family) and was "oh, I forgot he was getting married this year!" They included registry info AND a blurb about not needing anything but wanting to get big pieces of furniture. For a couple that doesn't need anything, they sure have a lot of stuff on their registry.

Ugh, steelz. That is really awkward. I know some people put registry info on invitations, but actually WRITING something about how they want big furniture? Yikes.

Yeah, I'm not as offended by the actual inclusion of the registry info as I am about the blurb. Part of me doesn't want to call mom and find out if we're all chipping in for a family gift for that reason.

I probably wouldn't have thought too much about it Steelz if I'd received it before spending so much time on here. Now though, I get invitations like that and get all "OMG, so rude".

I have a little judge here... our friends have a 2 year old. They live out of state, but came up for a long weekend to see his parents (grandparents) and had a 2nd b-day party for their daughter while they were in town. I think they invited like 40 people, half family, half friends. And from the looks of the pictures on FB they all brought gifts. Grandpa took a picture of the gift pile with a caption about how spoiled his granddaughter is and put it on FB. I was kind of super glad that I was out of town this weekend and didn't go (or send a gift). Doubly so after I left a VM RSVP saying I was goign to be out of town, but would love to get together with them outside the weekend since they were in town longer than I was out of town and didn't even get a text or a call back with a "wish we could but we're booked" or anything.
