Massachusetts-Boston

I need a DJ, I'm looking for something specific. Any suggestions?

This is something i'd like to stay at about $1,500 at the max.

I don't really like DJs... I think I don't like them, at least I don't like any I've ever seen. I don't really like guys yelling stuff to my family members/guests. I've seen bands that are a lot gentler on the mic when announcing things and saying things and I realized that is what I'd like in the personality of the DJ.

Not too talkative, is nice and very pleasant, not too clubby, and if people aren't moving on the dancefloor I would hope that even if they're not talkative that they would say and do the right thing to liven it up, only if need be.

I just want someone to play music and do introductions and say what's happening next in a nice way. I don't like any DJs I've ever seen, they're so brash (I think that's the best way to describe it, can't think of another way)

I appreciate any recommendations! I'm glad there's Youtube and videos on DJ's sites... I've looked at a lot and just do not find any that fit what I'm looking for, at least not based off what I've seen...

    Hi,
We were looking for the very same thing :)   We have not had the wedding yet but we hired DJ Ken Drew because he seemed to be exactly what we were looking for at a great price ($750 right now with promotion).  Plus, he seemed very organized and was rated best DJ by Knotties not just the magazine.

You should check out who we used, Aaron Topfer.  You can read my review in my bio if you'd like (link in siggy).
