Hi Everyone - what are you up to?
I'm packing up so we can go to FI's parents for the weekend. Thank God it's only a 2 1/2 day trip this time - easier to get through. Ugh.
We just took down all our Christmas decorations, and then I realized, we never took pictures!
Re: Evening post?
We are hanging out tonight, trying not to be too loud for our neighbors below us. They don't like us when we are on break and when we are playing video games. They reported us yesterday when we were cleaning.
I'm making dinner. Roast chicken, oven baked fries and salad.
We are! Vacuuming and washing shot glasses in the sink at 3:00pm, we are super loud.
One of the apartment ladies came over to talk to us and then went down stairs to "listen" how loud we are.
Basically the people below us are pains and moving soon. They came up on Christmas Night (8:00 pm) to complain that their baby was sleeping and we were too loud walking around. Needless to say, it hasn't been very pleasant around here.
[QUOTE]I knew it was the reef. I thought that you were doing one of those pictures, like holding up the Tower of Pisa, but with the reef to look like a hat..... Okay, now I feel lame.

<div>Good idea! All I was really doing was pretending to actually be under the water. You're not lame, I have totally done pictures like that. Just didn't think of it this time. </div>
What camera did you get? I think that I want a fancy one, but I am too afraid that I wouldn't be able to use it to its ability.
That would be a camera that I would have no idea what to do with it. I bet you will take great pictures with it.
[QUOTE]I got a Canon Rebel T2i. I love it so far, I just don't know how to use all the functions! It's scary.

I want one of those! Now I'm jealous.
So I ordered a new Vera Bradley duffle bag with a gift card the other night and I ended up getting the XL bag because it was on sale and was actually cheaper than the large. Well I get it today and it's.... VERY large. Larger than I was expecting. I'm afraid it's a bit much for my weekend travel. However, if I keep it I won't have to have a separate bag for my hairdryer, curling irons, etc., so that's also something to think about.

Santa -aka my dad- was very good to me this year. It's the only thing I really wanted. Now I just hope I can figure out how to use it before this kid comes. I have a good amount of time left. ;)
Erin- that's a good idea!
