Because I was just told my caterer can not accommodate either. I can not let 2 of my guests (FI's stepmom and one of the GM) not be able to eat anything.

Umm, I'd try the customer service department at Whole Foods. Or maybe PM lyndausvi over on the etiquette board. I know her husband is a chef at a prominent restaurant here and she has mentioned that he is really good at creating vegan and gluten-free menus. You could ask for his info and maybe figure something out?

Thanks, Nola. My DOC also suggested Whole Foods so I will try them first and see what is available
