paper Cutter suggestions?

Im starting my invites as soon as i get my paper in the mail! Problem is, I dont know what paper cutter to get. I went to michaels and there were a few of them but didnt know what to look for. Anyone wanna share which one they used?

The main thing that was confusing me was that there was a rotary cutter and a paper trimmer. They both looked liek they could get the job done but the trimmer looked like it would cut more precise whereas the rotary looked more heavy duty.
