  I agree with Cook- Ebay. I ordered mine for $5.95 though because they're located in U.S, priority shipping, and i needed mine FAST. I received mine within 5 days: http://stores.ebay.com/selectadeal?_trksid=p2047675.l2563
  
  I don't know if you have a burlington where you're at, but i stopped by this weekend and i seen some "scarfs" that resemble pashmina's but they were a little heavier (warmer) and they ranged from $8-$15 each.

  Also, in the mall there are usually those little stands/kiosks that have them. We have one in the mall near here that has them 5 for 20 and they are really good quality.
