S/O which city...

Would you NOT like to visit that people generally tell you that you should visit?

    Anywhere "historical" like Gettysburg VA
The entire state of Hawaii... its just too long of a flight for my taste.

LOL I meant Williamsburg VA.  Hence, how much I don't like nor pay attention to history.

Ditto MH - when people say they are going to places like Williamsburg, I want to cry for them.

I also have a strong aversion to Orlando.

ba-humbug to all you non-history lovers! (It's ok, I know I'm a nerd). Although, the historical sights are usually good for a one and done kinda thing. I love history and I'm not sure I'd return to any of them - except all of the ones in Great Britain. I'm very jealous that NVC lives there and I can't go "live" at the British Museum like I used to.

I'm not sure I get the whole OBX thing. It seems like it's rather touristsy - although I've never been so I can't comment on this too much, but even Myrtle Beach (a fav. of mine growing up) is becoming too touristsy. I def. agree with Cara on Orlando. But then again I went to Disney once, and while I'd love to go there again when I have kids, I don't understand it as a regular vacation spot.

Most of the shore points in NJ. sorry NJ gals - I grew up going to the beach, not the shore, and I just don't get it having to go to Avalon, or Wildwood.

I grew up a beach girl too!  15mins from AC... so I agree that the "Jersey shore" is not as awesome as some make it out to be.

Dublin was a bit overrated to be honest.  I mean I've been there, so I can't say that I won't go there... but I'd much rather go to some country town than a big city like Dublin.  There's absolutely nothing Irish about the city of Dublin at all.  I actually came across more Eastern European and Indian people than Irish working in Dublin!
Paprika: I like it when you burp in my ear. It really turns me on.

I have no desire to go to Dubai. Some of my good friends have been there and rave about it, but if I'm going to spend that much time on a plane, I'd rather be in Hawaii.

I feel the same way about LA. FI wants to go so bad but I just have no desire at all.

LA is way overrated. I have family not too far from there... I'd rather drive to Philly. Less smog, less traffic.
