This actually happened yesterday, during normal business hours (not late).
She is the coworker who believes everybody's business is her business, and everybody needs to know her opinion because she is queen. It wouldn't have been a problem, but when she doesn't feel like working, instead of goofing off online like a normal person, she just sits in other peoples offices and ... looks at them.
When my fiance got to work (we work together) she was sitting in my office watching a video of some random person's wedding. Not at all weird. Especially not weird considering the "weddings are stupid and I will never get married" talk she gave me. Despite having her dress and venue picked out.
