How many people are you inviting to the wedding? How many do you expect to come?

We are inviting around 135 and hoping for no more than 125. Ideally, we'd like closer to 100.

We are inviting about 50 people and I think between 15-20 will actually attend.

We are inviting around 260, expecting maybe around 225, either way we have to pay for 200.

The original plan was between 150-175 guests...now the guest list has blown up to 265! However, that includes people from out of town that I know won't come and +1's for people that I know won't bring a +1. I think in the end we'll have about 200 people (hopefully not 265!).

We are inviting 123 people but 7 of them are international guets that I know/haave already told me they can't afford to come.

So I'm planning on 116.

We are inviting 140 and I would like for 110 to show up. I don't think more than 120 will come.

WE are inviting 100, we need at least 80 (at least 10 of these are children) and we need 80 ADULTS lol
so our second invite list will go out beginning of August!
I will call and check up on non responses... and we will re evaluate and contact others we would LIKE to have present. etc

Our guest list isn't final. I need to get on that. We're looking to invite between 250 to 275 and hope only about 225 show. Our families alone totaled 175. Which is just like up to first cousins and children if they have them.

We are inviting 136 and expecting closer to 100. FI isn't very close to his extended family and expects a lot of them to decline.

We originally thought we would only have like 100 that we would invite....well now that has expanded to about 140, but I have a lot of family in Iowa, so there is a good chance some of them won't come/my mom's friends will not travel. Ideally we are hoping the number is closer to 120. Our BM did have a good point though. When my FI was telling him who he was inviting and didn't think some of this HS/college friends would travel for it, BM said, "we are all 30 year olds, with money and most of us without kids. I would expect a 95% return rate for that group." Yikes! I guess time will tell, but there will be no more additions I think!

We are inviting about 80 or so people to the wedding. From what I've heard, I think most people will be attending, so I'm expecting about 70 or so.

We're inviting 92, and are pretty sure they'll all attend. We're keeping it to family and very close friends. My side is pretty small, and FI's side ALWAYS attends big events.

Oh my god, everyone is inviting so many people! No wonder people say I'm having a small wedding! We're inviiting 80, and I wish I could have made it smaller than that. It's mostly all family with only a handfull of friends. I'm really not sure how many will be able to make it, half the guest list has to travel, with two coming from Europe (who actually will be able to come! My cousin is excited to visit Canada again!). Ideally I'd like as much of my guest list to make it since it is so small. So far only a few people have said they don't think they'll be able to come.

There are 165 people on my guest list. I'd be more bothered by having too few people show up than too many, but we'll see what happens. My venue has a minimum fee and even if everyone comes the extra cost isn't that far over it, so I'm not worried.

this is exactly how i feel!!! i worry about not meeting the minimum # of people anf fi thinks we will have too many people and max out the room! our guest list is at 160 < 16 of them being kids /> . the min for the room is 110 and the max is 180. if we dont have 110 adults we have to pay full price for the kids < which annoys me, who wants to pay $100 for chicken fingers lol > FI thinks everyone we invite is going to come... he doesnt realize some people wont come!!!

Inviting about 50, expect around 38 to come. Some are family that are OOT and we know they wont show but have to invite. I originally started at 25 people that would all show but my guest list doubled once family got a say in who was invited...
