Eating Healthy vent

I'm on day 4 of a food plan to do a last minute crunch for making sure I look my best in my dress! Nothing extreme just focusing on veggies and protein, a little fruit, etc. Just no carbs, sugars, sodas. But seriously all I can think about it food! I'm not even hungry just craving anything and everything I can't have! I can't wait for my wedding weekend to eat CAKE! LOL thanks for letting me vent

    I hear ya! It's so hard especially this time of year.

    Don't forget to drink a lot of water. And mix it up with a smoothie of fruits, a tablespoon of greek yogurt, maybe some protein powder and a handful of spinach. Yum :)

    I hear ya, I'm on a similar diet! It will all be worth it though because you'll look great in your dress! :)

    I have posted a photo of my former self as motivation! I have a long way to go before July 14, 2012 but it's never too early to start. Hang in there and remember nothing taste as good as thin feels!

    That always happens to me when I try to limit something - I end up thinking about those foods all day long even if I'm not hungry. It will all be worth it though :)

    U are a brave soul for getting married during this 'yummy food time of year"!! (Im brave too bc I'm right after this time of yr lol)! But agree w PP drink TONS of water and drink a whole glass when u wake up and before u eat anything. It will rly help w curbing ur hunger!!! Good luck ur almost there!!!!
