  They are professional, reliable, and AMAZING every single time they DJ an event!   I haven't had my wedding yet, but I booked Silver Sound. After being in contact with 5 different DJ companies, I chose Silver Sound for three major reasons:
  1) I could actually choose and have my pre-signing the contract meeting with the DJ who would be doing my wedding. This is actually not the norm (which I found strange). I wasn't comfortable with choosing a company and then meeting my DJ after the fact.
  2) Responsiveness. The are amazingly good at getting back to me. I want to hire people who want my business, not those that make me feel like they are doing me a favor by meeting with/getting back to me. Silver Sound has been the most responsive vendor I've dealt with so far.
  3) I scoured tons of review sites and couldn't find any negative reviews. It seems like everything this company does is great.

  I haven't had my wedding yet but I'm working with Silver Sound.  The DJ we selected did a friend of my brother's wedding and everyone raved about him...both guests as well as the bride and groom.  We met with him at a restaurant in our neighborhood and he was very helpful.  He answered all of our questions and had lots of suggestions of his own, which we appreciated.  He is responsivie as pp said and always timely with his responses.  I'm happy with SS so far.
